Why not perk up your sales with Java Mountain Roasters Gourmet Coffee Fundraising Program. Unlike other fundraiser events, where the sales items are either aimed at the adult buying public or their children, JMR offers a tantalizing treat for everyone's taste. We provide for sale, Fresh Roasted Gourmet Coffee, Ghirardelli Premium Hot Chocolate and our own unique "Buzz Beans," dark chocolate-covered espresso beans.

How successful will your Fundraiser be?   Other organizations have made anywhere from $4.00 - $5.00 per lb depending on the blend of fine coffees they chose, and $5.00/lb. on the Ghiardelli Premium Hot Chocolate.   The most recent school sold approximately 1000 lbs. of coffee and 600 lbs of hot chocolate.  They netted over $7,000!  The Buzz Bean introduces new bounce to our fundraiser menu it is offered here at a special rate of $.60/ounce and they retail for $1.00 per ounce.

How does the JMR fundraiser work?   Java Mountain Roasters will customize a program that is right for your organization.  We recommend the following program, a proven winner.

1. Design your own label! We have found that customers tend to buy more coffee if the label is indicative of your cause or organization.
2. An order form is provided for each door-to-door or phone salesperson.
3. The fundraiser takes place for 2-4 weeks, allowing ample time to complete orders.
4. Completed orders will be returned to JMR on a pre-arranged date.
5. JMR will package and deliver your order to you within 3 weeks.

What is your cost?  JMR will provide you with selected samples of coffee.  Depending on the coffee you choose, the cost will be between $6.50 - $7.25/lb for regular blend and $7.00 - $7.50 for decaf.  Hot chocolate can be provided at a cost of $5.00/lb. The Buzz Beans are sold to you at $.60 per ounce.

Need more coffee?  Once the initial sales are complete, additional orders can be placed on an on-going basis if so desired to continue the revenue stream for your organization.

JMR is also willing to sell your custom “Fundraiser” Blend in our shop for your chosen price, and to return the proceeds over wholesale cost back to organization.
