From Yemen, where coffee was first cultivated, the coffees name is derived from the ancient port of Mocha. The small, irregular beans yield one of the most distinctive coffees in the world. Its flavor is pungent, wine-like, aromatic and subtle. In addition to it’s rich wine-like flavor, Mocha has it’s own particular flavor note which some people associate with chocolate.
